Nervecept 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Who It Covers and How to Claim
The Nervecept sales page describes a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. You return the bottles, full or empty, with your order ID, and the buyer pays return postage. The sales page FAQ also asks for at least 30 days of use, which does not quite match. Confirm the live policy with the order desk before you mail anything.

The terms01
What does the Nervecept money-back guarantee cover?
A refund on bottles you bought through the sales page, if you ask within 60 days of purchase and send the bottles back, full or empty.
That is how the sales page describes it 1. We have not tested a refund, and the live policy is the one on the checkout page. Read it before you pay, and keep a copy.

Two numbers02
Is it a 60-day guarantee or a 30-day one?
Both numbers appear. The window is 60 days from purchase. The FAQ also says to use the product for at least 30 days.
They can both be true: you have 60 days to ask, and the desk may want to see that you tried it for at least a month. But the pages do not say so in one line, and they do not say what happens if you ask on day 20. We list it on our confirm list. Ask the order desk in writing before you order, and keep the reply.
Note your purchase date. Plan to decide by day 45 so a mailing delay does not push you past day 60.
How to claim03
How do you claim a Nervecept refund?
Contact the order desk, mail the bottles with tracking, and wait for the credit. Four steps.
Contact the desk
Call +1 (302) 200-3480 or email [email protected] with your order ID. Ask for a return authorization if one is needed.
Pack the bottles
Include all bottles, full or empty, with your full name, email and order ID inside.
Mail with tracking
Ship to 1633 Broadway, Suite 2701, New York, NY 10019, USA. The buyer pays return shipping. Use a tracked service.
Wait for the credit
The refund lands 3-5 business days after the returned bottles are credited, then 5-10 days for the card issuer to post it.
Pack the bottles so they do not leak or crush, and write the order ID on the outside of the package as well as inside. Ask the carrier for a delivery confirmation, and photograph the sealed box with the label before you hand it over.
Keep the tracking number, the receipt and every email. If the desk does not reply, ask your card issuer about a dispute.
Plan ahead04
What should you do before you order, to protect your refund?
Take five small steps on day one. They cost nothing and make a refund easy later.
Save the terms
Screenshot the guarantee wording on the checkout page, with the date, before you pay.
Keep every document
Order ID, receipt, tracking number and the confirmation email, in one folder.
Write a start date
Note the day you took the first capsule, and keep a short log of how you feel.
Two small habits protect you. First, take the capsule as the label directs and no more: a refund does not cover a problem caused by going past the recommended dose. Second, if you decide to return, do not wait for the last day. Offices close, carriers slow down and a missed window is hard to argue.
Decide by about day 45 whether to keep going. Mailing, handling and card posting take time, and the 60-day window runs from purchase, not from delivery. A doctor's visit about numbness or tingling should not wait for that decision either 2.

Can you cancel a Nervecept order?
Call the order desk as soon as you can. We cannot see orders, and we cannot cancel them.
If the order has already shipped, you may have to take delivery and then return the bottles under the guarantee. Ask the desk which route they prefer, and get it in writing. Do not refuse a parcel without checking, because a refused parcel can delay the credit.
The sales page says the order is one-time, with no automatic renewals 1. So there is no subscription to cancel. If you see a second charge you did not expect, call the desk and your card issuer the same day. Our contact page lists the numbers.
Fine print06
What does the guarantee not cover?
It does not cover postage, it does not cover resold bottles, and it is not a promise that the capsule will help.
- Return postage is on the buyer.
- Bottles bought from a marketplace or reseller may not qualify.
- It is a money-back offer, not a guarantee of results. No study shows Nervecept relieves nerve symptoms.
- If a side effect worries you, stop and call your doctor first, then the order desk.
See the where to buy page for how to buy from the confirmed seller.
If the refund is refused07
What if the refund is delayed or refused?
Write to the order desk, keep your tracking proof, then ask your card issuer about a dispute.
Give the desk your order ID, your tracking number and the date the parcel was delivered. If a week passes with no reply, call. If the refund does not post 15 days after delivery of the bottles, contact your card issuer and explain what you sent and when. You may also report a problem seller to the FTC and your state attorney general.
Do not post personal details or order numbers in public comments. Contact the desk directly and keep the replies in writing.
