The returns address differs from the label's distributor address in Utah. Mail refund parcels only to the returns address, and check it with the desk before you ship.

How long does a Nervecept refund take?
Count on roughly two to three weeks from the day you mail the parcel, and longer if it is slow in transit.
The timing on file runs in two parts. The desk credits the order 3 to 5 business days after the bottles arrive, and your card issuer then needs 5 to 10 days to post it. Add the days the parcel spends in the post.
- Mail early. Aim to ship well before day 60, since a delay in the post could push you past the window.
- Photograph the parcel and the receipt before you seal it.
- Write down the date you called and the name of the person you spoke with.

Is there a catch in the 30-day wording?
Possibly. The same sales page that gives 60 days also says in its FAQ that a refund follows at least 30 days of use 1.
The two statements can sit together, but the page does not say so. Ask the desk, in writing, what happens if you ask on day 20, and keep the reply. Our guarantee page lists this under the points to confirm.
